This thing, you know, that Rolex Submariner, it’s a big deal! My grandson, he’s always talking about it. Says everyone wants one. Heard it from somewhere, these watches, they’re like gold, maybe even better. I don’t know nothin’ about watches, but this here, I did some digging, this here how to buy a High imitation Rolex Submariner.
First off, you gotta know what you’re lookin’ at. This ain’t no five-and-dime watch. They say these Rolex watches, they been around since, shoot, before I was even a twinkle in my daddy’s eye. 1953! Can you believe it?
They got all these fancy names, like, Submariner, Datejust. Sounds like a bunch of hogwash to me. But folks, they sure do love ’em. If you want to buy one, you gotta know the real from the fake, you know what I’m sayin’?
Now, they say the real ones, each got a number. Like a secret code. You gotta look real close, between them things they call “lugs.” Sounds like somethin’ you’d find in the garden, don’t it? These numbers, they gotta be clear, like a good well. If they look all messed up, somethin’ ain’t right. That’s a fake Rolex, and you don’t want that.
- Real Rolex: Got numbers, clear as day.
- Fake Rolex: Numbers all messed up, or not there at all.
And the band, they call it a bracelet. It’s gotta be heavy, like a good cast iron skillet. The clasp, that’s the thing that holds it together, it should be smooth, like a baby’s bottom. And it’s got this little crown thing, the Rolex logo. That has to be there if it’s a high imitation Rolex Submariner. If it ain’t there, well, you’re gettin’ fooled.
My grandson, he showed me pictures. These watches, they’re somethin’ else. Some of ’em, they’re called “Military Submariner.” Sounds important, don’t it? They say those are the best, the rarest. The ref. 5517 and ref. 5513, they call them “double-reference.” Sounds like somethin’ out of a fancy book, if you ask me.
Now, about that money you will spend. I heard you can get a fake, a good one, they say a “super clone.” Well, I don’t know about that. But they say it’ll cost ya. Maybe two hundred, maybe even a thousand dollars! Can you imagine? For a fake! They said it depends on the model, quality and the seller’s reputation. It’s a lot of money for somethin’ that ain’t real.
They say these Navy SEALs, those tough guys, they used to wear these Rolex Submariners. And Tudor Submariners, too. Must be good watches if those boys trusted ’em. They needed ’em for their, what do they call it? “Mission critical timing.” Sounds dangerous, don’t it?
So, if you’re thinkin’ about buyin’ one of these Rolex Submariner things, you better be careful. It’s a jungle out there. Lots of folks tryin’ to sell you a bill of goods. You gotta know what you’re lookin’ at, or you’ll end up with nothin’ but a headache and an empty wallet.
I tell ya, this world’s gettin’ too complicated. Back in my day, a watch was a watch. Now, it’s a status symbol, a collectible, a whatever. But one thing for sure, everyone wants a Rolex Submariner. But a good fake one, a high imitation Rolex Submariner, that’s what they really want.
But you gotta be careful, or you’ll be like me, just scratchin’ your head and wonderin’ what all the fuss is about. Just remember what I told ya, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get yourself a good one, and maybe save some money get a fake one, I don’t know. Good luck, I say, you’ll need it!
